Heartland Vapes Nic vs. 'The Others?'

While stumbling around the HV site today, looking at great prices on four-ounce bottles of TFA and wondering how many I could justify following a substantial order with four other vendors just yesterday, I noticed they carried high-test nic,

A one-liter bottle, (jug, if you will) of 100mg nicotine, high quality and clear (according to those who have purchased it) with MSDS and Certificate of Analysis readily available costs $44.99. They do say this is a special price.

Who has tried them? Do they really sell clean, first-quality nic at MFS prices?

(My apologies to MFS stalwarts.)

That's been their price for many months, I have bought several times from them and have no problem with it. I only get a liter at a time. They keep it fresh in a deep freeze and have a quick turnover, so they don't have it in their warehouse very long.
I mix for several people and no one has said anything bad about the flavor of it..

Tank you RMarcusY. How would you compare it to other popular nics (NN, VT and the like) ?

I've never mixed with anyone else's nicotine. I have vaped many premium juices from many venders. I know it's clear and hard to taste a flavor difference between 0mg and 24mg juice. I do feel the TH of higher nicotine juices.

I use it. Sorry I can't provide a comparison of other nics. My first liter was clean and clear and stayed that way for a year. Now it has a touch of oxidation so there is a bit of harshness that goes with oxidation but not much that I can tell. I do mix from the original bottle so it's been shakened and opened many times. My second liter is sitting in the freezer, never opened.

Objectively, I can't be much help either. I can't guess at who the extractor is. I saw on the nicotine thread on that "other" forum that someone claimed they were sure it was nicselect nicotine because batch numbers matched up. An interesting theory that may or may not have merit. I don't think so though. COA results look different than what I've seen for NN, Chemnovatic(even though their COA is lacking detail) or nicselect.

Since batches can differ, I can't address the current Heartland. I got mine in 2014.

I found it "okay", but noticeably not as clean as NN or VT. YMMV

I put it in the freezer for the time, if ever, I run out of NN or VT and those two are not still reasonably available for sale.
