So my doge RDA heats my mod significantly higher than my Atlantis tank which I hear is normal. I'm running a King V2 (I think) with and AWT 18650 IMR 3.7V 2500MAH 35a battery. I think it was running a ballpark of 97/98 watts. But it's getting to the point where it almost burns my hand but not quite. Someone said to take the attie apart and the bottom cap to check there are no breaks in the insulation, I'm very new at this, what does that look like on both the bottom cap where the button is and on the RDA?

My phone was being weird, it wouldn't let me get back to my old thread no matter how many times I tried, it would just show as blank.

What are some things to look out for? And should I make another coil? I'm using a double parallel on 24 gage Ni.

.14 last I checked. I'm a bit of a chain vaper so I've tried giving it some downtime after one or two hits. I also ordered some SONY VTC4's would that help anything?

Clean everything in the mod the switch and threads. Leave no dirt or grim that should help. If it's getting hot from the Atty and working it's self down that's normal.

Is there a mech mod that will be more comfy with my atty? Or just one that generally is known to be ok with high wattage?

Get one of those dual mech boxes u can safely go pretty low since the amp load is split with two batteries. Fast tech has a bunch
