Hello all! Advice on selling e-juice. Hope its allowed here

Ok heres the story, i have been making juice for many moons. And recently some retail chains had shown interst in my product. My question is if theres anyone on here that has ventured into this journey of selling it to vape shops? Any advice, laws, ideas etc. i have done my research and it comes in all flavors and varieties. Some seem to know what they are talking about others obviously dont. I did not expect this to grow into something so fast and have 6 establishments interested many with multiple locations. I just really could use some advice from anyone that has been on this path! Thanks in advance and sorry to bug those not interested :)

make sure you register as a business in your state, and make sure you get resell certificates from whoever you sell to.

have ran a few businesses in the past one and arcade restoration resell business another a home theater installation company as well as an ebay powerseller for a while lol. This all came out of nowhere. I just made juice for years. Liked it, others tried it, then it has snowballed. I already got a logo, partners, brand, and product but the shops act like i can literally just drop off the juice then pay me and i leave. I have not done that as i am trying to research this all first. Literally one bottle has not left my hands yet. But they are just wanting me to drop it off pay me and leave is this at all common?

yes it is common. but.. i'd do as post #2 says too.
i'd also look into an llc, as well as insurance.

Most definitely drop $100 to get an LLC with the state you are in.

My juice is 100% as pure as i can get it. And sanitary is top priority as all these gas station commercial flavors all taste fake. Never realized the difference till others started commenting but as you all know that caring in your own supply makes a dicference just wanna share it. And never thought a second about the value in that.
