Hello everyone,

Relatively new to vaping and only recently becoming very involved in it. I chewed tobacco for the past 8-9 years and smoked for the past 2. I tried quitting with an ego and some refillable tanks about a year and a half ago only to go back to smoking again, unfortunately. For the past 2 months I have really dove head first into learning all I can about vaping and get my new devices and gear up and running. Great to meet all of you and can't wait to contribute to this forum.

Thanks

What type of gear do you use nowadays? If you really want to get rid of your cig cravings for good I suggest sub ohm vaping. It helped me big time. I don't even miss cigarettes anymore.

Using an ipv d2 currently. Love sub ohm and so far haven't craved a cig yet. I'm actually leaning a lot more towards TC and using ni on my herekles tanks as of now.

Some clowns had put up a card board sign below the Welcome to NJ sign. It read : Abandon all hope, All Ye that enter here. My first impression of the Garden state.

Welcome blue, I am going through the same ventures. I dipped for roughly 20 years along with smoking. Vaping has helped me kick the habit for about two weeks now.

I know it must be helping me. I was at work, and unfortunately because of state law(and employer policy) I can't vape in the building. So often times I'm forced to resort to going outside and to be honest I'm busy and had shit to do, so I threw in a skoal mint pouch, my go to prior to quiting, and I had it in for 2 minutes and had to go vomit. That's the one hopeful silver lining in this story is that Iv always been told by guys who quit chewing and smoking that they don't miss smoking at all but crave the chew at often times. Thank god I no longer have that desire.

I have not tried to even put in another dip since I started vaping full time here lately. I have vaped off and on for a few years but only got into it full time after I made the commitment to myself and my nagging ol' lady (lol) to stop using tobacco. I am faced with the same delima while at work. I started using some of that "all natural tobacco free" stuff and have only used it a few times the first week. My biggest hurdle has been the need for that constant nicotine so I have been chain vaping like crazy lol.
