Is vaping becoming popular there? Are there increasing regulations/prohibitions as in most of Europe and America?

Yes. It is. Recently we had an VAPEXPO event. At this moment we have few really good vapeshops (BABYLONEVAPE) for exaple. They sell only premium liquid, lots on good clons, some authentic and few really rare mods.
