I've been on this forum for over a week.

I have been vaping on and off for about 18 months I am still smoking on and off but am becoming more interested in vaping since my boyfriend got a box mod and started DIYing and that's how I found this forum trying to search for recipes.

I live in Southampton UK and work in Aldi as a store assistant which is very stressful at times hence the still smoking but when I'm at home I vape.

I've never joined a forum before and this one seems really great, very friendly and extremely helpful.

I look forward to getting to know some of you better

Hello and welcome! Keep on vaping, you'll make the switch soon. Most of use vaped and smoked for a while before moving to vaping 100% of the time.

Welcome, and good luck on the quit! My wife and I both smoked and vaped for a month or so before we transitioned to only vaping - it can be done if you want to do it. And once you do you'll wonder why you didn't sooner...
