It will probably be hard to fight those bastards but there is always a solution to every problem. Maybe convince you nationals that live here to fight against those regulations???I have a hard time seeing vaping community giving up and accepting cancerous federal regulations and jacket up corporate prices. If they win we will probably see opening of black market for Vapers, same as we have for everything else that is banned or overpriced here in our country.
Maybe re-labeling of your product? RTA's could be a "liquid coolers" for high powered flashlights???? it will be interesting to see what others have to say.

yes, but it is happening as we type here.. lawsuits a plenty are being filed.. groups and companies alike are fighting this insanity..
this is very bad advice, this is paramount to fraud
this fight will be won or lost in the courts and floors of congress, and advising someone to do anything shady, oozing of obfuscation, is not going to help matters at all..
if this individual is truly a representative of UD they might want to consider throwing in with Aspire, Kangertech, Innokin, Smok, Joytech, iJoy, Sense, Horizontech, Tesla, and Heaven Gifts.. all members of Sevia, all helping stop the stupidity being thrust from the FDA
Exactly. Here, we are seeing the smaller guys trying to band together, because on their own, it's a much tougher battle. The FDA is NOT making this easy for any vendors/suppliers.
