Hello need help with new setup

Hello guys. Im trying to quit smoking and i just bought a setup.
eVic VTwo mini with a Nautilus 2 tank. Using pg-vg 50-50 liquid with 12mg nicotine.
As this is my first vaping experience im completly lost.
First problem im having is lots of droplets in the driptip and on the top of the metal sleeve. Feels like im getting a wet vape.
I cleaned the driptip and the uper metal sleeve but after only 4 puffs it was already full of droplets again.
Second problem is the vapour is coming in too hot.
I didnt even try to personilaze the settings as i know nothing about this.
I dont know what nickel is or bypass or temp nickel or tcr, im using it on power mode with 10.5 W
I guess its the coils matierial. But no where in the Aspire website i found out what material is used.
Only modification i did was going into the nickel temperature and turning it way down so the vape doesnt come so hot.
Please any help would be apreciated. I really need to quit smoking and i hope i can get this setup to work for me.
Best regards,
Felipe Rabello

Welcome:wave:
All the “metal” modes like “ nickel” TI “ etc. is for temp control mode and has nothing to do with wattage mode aka “power” mode. Stay out of temp control since you don’t know what material your coil is, probably kanthal since it didn’t say otherwise and kanthal is strictly for power mode. If the vape is too hot just turn down the watts in power mode.
Condensation in the drip tip is normal.

One tip that can help with the condensatiom build up, let go of the button before you finish inhaling. I havent dealt dealt with nautilus tanks in a LOMG time but, last i knew (2 years back (, the regular nautilus tanks only used kanrhal wire. iiff thats the case, as cactusFanactus mentioned, stick to just power mode and lower the wattage. I' only lower your wattage by .5 (point 5 ) at a time. If your at 10.5 now, drop to 10 and vape at that wattage for a while. Them drop to 9.5 and vape for a while. Keep experimenting with slight adjustments until you find something you like.

The Nautilus 2 is a mouth to lung tank. Should have came with 2 coils one being
BVC Kanthal 0.7ohm Recommended 18 - 23 Watts and a BVC Kanthal 1.8ohm Recommended 10 - 14 Watts
Going below the recommended watts is fine. These can not be used in tc mode. You want watt/vw. When refilling be sure to close the afc (air flow control) before filling. Also could use a qtip or paper towel to get rid of excess juice that may be flooding the coil. Could also try taking a few hard pulls/drags without firing...Someome said that when once you get to the last thread after refill to turn the tank upside down and open and close the afc.. good luck...dont give. Up yet there are alot of other tanks out there The mtl. Might not be your thing....any questions ask away lots of info and good people on this forum.

Wow thanks alot for all the replies guys!! Really apreciate it!!
Im still really confused about the watts and voltage, I since the post burned the coil that came with the tank, the 0.7ohm and replaced with the 1.8ohm.
The 1.8ohm burned in 4 puffs at 10 watts. So i am really lost as to whats going on!
I bought 5 replacement 0,7ohm coils from aspire but it will take about a week to arrive. ( here in Brazil its ilegal to have a vapeshop) so i dont have anyone to help me out in person on setting my evictwo mini up with the tank and all.
So i unfortunaly am back on cigaretes until the replacement coils get here.
I know its hard for you guys to explain trough here but any ideia what im doing so wrong? For sure my settings are wrong for the coil to burn in 4 puffs.
I watched a couple of videos on youtube how to replace the coil on the nautilus 2 and followed the instructions wicked the holes and did everything like the video instructed.
So im just really lost and get wait to get back to vaping! The cancer sticks is depressing!
Thanks again for all the replies and i will do the tips you guys gave me when i get this thing working again.

Prime coil good install fill with juice let it sit for a little while after filling. Take a couple dry hits don't hold fire button. Start off with a lower watt and slowly increase your watts to "break in" the coil

Just a suggestion, where you can't get right to a vape shop.. perhaps a rebuildable tank such as..
https://www.vaporauthority.com/products/genuine-kanger-toptank-mini-top-fill-subtank

The kit comes with 2 premade coils plus a Rebuildable atomizer coil with a coil mounted and a spare in the kit. The plus of this is if you burn out the coil, all you have to do is change the cotton wick inside, prime, put the tank back together fill and vape. Since it comes with 2 pre made coils for the rba, you can order wire (28ga or 30ga probably best) and use the coils that came with the tank until it arrives.
I think this tank was $29.00 vs what? About $15 for 5 coils for your tank you use now?
10ft wire costs about $3.00. Cotton wick you can buy at a cosmetic counter (100% pure natural cotton balls) or order vaping cotton.
This was my very first purchase after I bought my first e-pen style mod. LOL Coil cost was killing me. AND I could even run it on a 5-16w epen battery. Your mod would be perfect.
Here is a video showing me vaping on it. (first part is still shots of rebuilding the rba)

Basically, its a suggestion to save you shipping time on coils. It would be a shame to go 2 weeks with no smokes and start again because you were out of coils.

** PS.. I looked for an RBA for your existing tank but didn't find one. I did find one for Nautilus and Nautilus mini, but nothing for Nautilus 2 **
RBA= Rebuildable Atomizer (basically an atomizer coil that you can replace the wire and cotton)
