There are lots of build tutorials on the tube. The technique on building them haven't changed a lot. Some use devices like https://101vape.com/rba-rebuilding-supplies/786-ud-youde-coil-jig-v3.html. All of them have their advantages and disadvantages. Personally, I prefer the good old fashioned way, of using precision screw drivers.
Another useful tool is http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp. You can use it as a guideline for your coil builds.
