Hell's Gate Mini won't fire

I've returned one I thought was just defective but I've ordered another and haven't been able to get it to fire at all. I have my RDA set with .25 coil (it does work on my other mods) and I've tested the batteries and used several different pairs to make sure it wasn't my batteries. I just can't for the life of me why it won't fire. Any ideas?

Which one is the mod you own? The dual RDA unregulated, or the Regulated with Display?
Are both batteries inserted correctly? Is the Positive pin making a solid connection?

I have the dual RDA unregulated. I've got batteries inserted correctly. I'm guessing it must be not making a good connection with the RDA itself. I don't believe it is adjustable but I could be wrong.

Well, all I can suggest is try adjusting the positive pins on the RDAs (the mods pins are spring-loaded), check all contact points (make sure they're all clean), and make sure the batteries are inserted correctly and the caps are firmly tightened (but not over-tightened). Other than that, there's not much else I can think of (you said you already checked the connections on your coils, which is usually the culprit for things like this).
