Help building on a series mechanical mod

So I just purchased a mechanical mod. The noisy cricket, batteries ran in series. I am familiar with building coils based on the batteries max continuous amperage etc., and I would like to stay at or above .5 ohms, but I'm looking for a build that can handle twice the power. I guess I'm curious what builds people run on these things. I have a Doge v3, and a Tsunami rda so plenty of room. Thanks for your input :)

Hey noisy cricket is a fun mech hehe when I start building on I started off on a build around 0.7/8 because I didn't know what to expect. But now I vape on it around .4 or 5 also I recommend 3mm coil atleast with Scottish roll and vape away

Edit I never went down 0.4 I think it's just to hot and don't like the wattage that go along with it

Yea I agree... it is too hot of a vape. My first build was a single fused Clapton at .4. 4-5 hits and I had to re drip. What gauge wire, wraps etc. do you use?

I used 24g because I was afraid that 26g would snap and I believe it did one time but I'm not sure if the wire got a little weak at the post hole. But since it's a series mech I don't wanna play with it to much lol so I keep it at 24g and gives me everything I'm looking for on a mech in series.

In the pic was a Clapton 26g at .6 that one was quite nice though
