So got my Fuji gta single coil today. Happy me- coiled it wicked it and man its a flavor chucking rta , I mean gta. Took a couple of puffs, kept it on counter top and went to eat my lunch. And after about 30 minutes whe I came back. It was sitting in a puddle of juice leaking from it’s bottom afc.
Any help or suggestions to fix it is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

99.99% of the time it's wicking

Sounds like you need more wicking, full in the holes and down maybe 22mm below the holes

You can wick that GTA all the way to the deck. It looks ugly but works well. That particular one likes a good tight wick also. Its a strange one to get the hang of but worth it.

One of the video on YouTube I was watching- the guy mentioned that 3-3.5 mm id could cause leaking and best recommendation for this tank is to go with 4mm id. I was using 3mm ss coil. Any thoughts on that?

I dont have the single coil version any longer, but build my dual coil GTA's as 3.5 mm ID without issue. The trick is to get the wicking tight. It will swell and create a good seal, I usually cut the coils off right at the deck because it lets me mop up all of the eliquid, easily and without tilting.

I have been using several of these since they came out. They are great once you learn to wick them.

I have same problem on a siren v2. I believe that I thinned out the wicking too much. My Kylin mini hasn’t not leaked a drop in over a week of use. Fuji gta isn’t leaking either

On going problem. Someone needs to invent a machine that spits out the correct amount of cotton. And then there needs to be a setting that you just switch to Kylin building. Siren building. Fuji gta building.

No eye balling and pulling cotton bacon apart.

seems like it is customary to leak during first fill. After cleaning I refilled it and took a couple of puffs. Now waiting for it to leak from last 15 minutes. But no sign. I’ll leave it overnight and check the status in morning.

PS: I wicked it so tight that it was moving my coil.

The wick looks great.

I have zero experience with the rta that you have.

Some of the ones I have need to be turned upside down then back right side up after filling.

It does something like create a vacuum with the eliquid so it doesn't leak.
Any rta that I had that needed to be "burped" like that leaked a little as soon as I filled them.

New wick. Hopefully it’ll work fine for me.

Looks good. When refilling this one close the airflow. A burp as mentioned above or a quick short pull with Airflow closed will also start the vacuum. It will let you know if you pulled too hard.
