help! juice leeking into my 510 connection on mod.

I dont know if this will fry something or not but i undid the screw a little on the bottom of my rda, thinking thats its for adjusting the depth of the 510 connection, and it started leeking juice into my cuboid. Like it still works and i think the leekage was mininal but still this cant be good. Do i have to take this thing apart and clean it or just use a paper towl?

You SHOULD be able to just wipe it off.
In the event you know it definitely went inside the mod, you may want to power it down and clean it for your won safety.
