help juice looks like milk

Though I can't give you the technical explanation on that, I can tell you that my cinnamon red hot mixes have done the same. Shake them up well, it clears up. At least, that's been my experience.

The cinnamon is reacting with the VG. Happened to me as well. Nothing to worry about.
