That depends on the brand of flavorings you are using and the recipe. Some flavors like FA (Flavor Art) are stronger than the same flavors from other brands like Capella, Flavor West, etc.

BTW, moved the thread to the DIY discussion sub-forum to get you more help.

Here's a hint. Choose a recipe or two from the VU recipe forum or ELR or All the Flavors that sound good to you. Just buy the flavors to make those recipes and mix them at the indicated percentages. There are numerous DIY calculators around that you can use to tell you how much of each flavor to add. The calculators on ELR or All the Flavor are good ones. If you use a Windows PC ejuice me up is a good stand alone calculator. The calculators will tell you how much nic, pg, vg, and each flavor to put in for the size you want to make.

And always, always, always, use percentages in recipes, so you can scale the recipe -- next time, you might wanna make 75ml, or 30ml; with percentages, the recipe calculator will always tell you how many ml's to use, depending on how much you want to end up with.

I highly recommend this calculator: DIY E-Liquid Calculator Ten Flavors With Nicotine Plus PG/VG Adjusting

It stores the recipes online, so you're not SOL if your hard drive crashes or your phone goes in the lake or your house burns down. It's also very easy to figure out.
