Before I put a RDA on my fuhattan, I use the weight of the battery to push the top cap's pin out a bit (letting the battery drop in a few times) far enough, for the RDA to push it back in. With no battery in the device, I then screw the RDA in. Put the battery in, screw the bottom cap on, drip and vape. No problem.

If that doesn't work, it's most likely a problem in your bottom/fire button cap, not making contact. Might need some cleaning.

Well that is your problem, I think the 510 post on the one that doesn't work is
different in length and therefore cannot make a connection

I did wat u said and the bottom cap doesnt screw on all the way and the button is suck until i take off the atomizer

The nature of the fuhattan requires that you do something with that top cap pin. Something as aforementioned, 'cause I'm too lazy to take the top off as well, when changing the RDA.

I adjusted it so that the battery fits and then i did the same for the atomizer and yet it comes out to the same thing

You shouldn't have to adjust anything, in order for the battery to fit. I'm using a Sony VCT4 in my mech mods, and haven't had any problems after doing my thing first.

Ok, unscrew the top cap, push the pin (from the inside/bottom) out, screw your RDA on, and watch for the pin to move back inside. Screw the top cap on the mod (without the battery inserted), insert the battery, screw the bottom cap back on, and it should fire without any problems.
