I got a bottle of 70vg/30pg at 1.5 nic. the flavor i have is pg base so when i add it to the blended mix will it change the ratio of the blend? I know the nic will go down but what about the pg vg ratio? and how can i use the pre mix and add flavor without it changing everything?

If you add a flavor in a PG carrier it will alter the ratio of the juice you're adding it to, but probably not by much. You can do things like this using a calculator like Juice Grinder and it will tell you how much VG you'd need to add to bring the ratio back to 30/70.
