Sorry for being a noob but I am running a buddah V1 RDA with 0.2 ohm dual tiger coils on a panzer 2 26650 clone by black hawk and my battery is a 1 IMREN IMR 26650 HIGH DRAIN 60A BATTERY 3.7v Li-MN 4200mAh and before you ask yes I charged to 90 percent and still no vapor production/dense thick clouds

Have you put the deck on an ohm reader to see what it's firing at? Also try firing it without any cotton to see if your coils are heating evenly (or at all if you're not getting any vape). It does look like that top coil could use a little tweaking, but hard to say without trying my recommendation. Good luck!
