Help needed in choosing a battery and battery charger.

It's been more than a few years since I've bought anything that used an external battery that have no idea where to get either a battery or battery charger...Yeah I derped all over myself here.

Thanks y'all just bought that recommended charger and 2 of those batteries/cells.
Thankfully I already have a usb wall adapter I think it's capable of 2.1amp.I mostly use it to charge my smart-phone.
