Recently bought myself "the one box"

Was sick n tired of the cheaper ecigs and changing the coil

So I paid £70 for this one box

Once I press the button ,,, it seems to back fire and burn my lips ,,,,after emailing the company back and forward I have given,up on emailing them ,,,,, I have now since changed the,head completely and now not getting burnt lips,,,,,, anyhelp on this would be,supper ,,,,

With a sub tank, they run at a higher temperature due to more watts needed. Simply get a Delrin Drip tip for it.

Are you using a Kanger Subtank? Artic Subtank? Another brand altogether, or did your tank come with your "One".

Topper looks like a knockoff of a Kanger Subtank, and the coil description seems similar - Kanger has 1.2 ohm heads rated for up to about 25 watts and 0.5 heads that are supposed to go to about 30, if I recall correctly.

On the mod itself, I have no clue what that thing is - are you able to adjust the power in either watts or volts?

Edit - did a search and it appears this is a 36-wat VW mod. Perhaps you're delivering too much power to the coils. I'd recommend adjusting power down to 15 watts and then slowly increasing power until you find your preferred setting.

I have tried from lowest to highest and still back fires .... p.s ,,,, the highest v/w almost blow my head off ,,,,,

The mod looks like a re-branded or clone Heatvape Defender and I agree the tank looks like a clone Subtank Mini. I would suggest you vape the 1.2 ohm coil between 12 & 17 watts (I vape my 1.2 ohm coils at 15 watts) and the 0.5 ohm coil between 20 & 30 watts. You might even be able to go higher than 30 watts on the 0.5 ohm coil.

Not sure what you mean by "back fire" - is it spitting hot liquid into your mouth? Making you cough since you're not used to the heat or vapor production? Making loud explosion noises?

@neal1981. Yes it get so hot it burns ur lip ,,,, neal1981 has tried my Onebox and has felt it burn his lip

Its like hold down for a long time on the button ,,,, but this dose this within a second

Company I got it of want me to send it bk for testing but I refuse to buy another ecig while they test mine

First thing I'd try (and the cheapest fix) would be going to a local shop and buying a plastic drip tip - if it's vaping fine but the mouthpiece temperature is your problem, the plastic ones won't heat up as bad as the metal ones. They also don't collect gunk nearly as easily.
