I have my joytech evic, and my mutation v2 dripper, i want to make a dual coil, with my 28 awg, but i cant get the ohms higher than 0.08, i do 8 wraps, what do i do wrong? :/

What size bit did you wrap it on?
Are you using 28g Kanthel or Nickel wire? More info would be helpful as well as posting a pic of your build..
