Help with Cherry, Almond and Torrone recipe

Hi All,

All FA flavours, I read in here that they go well together but could someone please suggest what percentages to use? I really want to taste the cherry but my success with this flavour has been limited so far

Try reading HICS notes on FA Torrone . I believe he mentioned start with 2% torrone and not sure of %'s of Cherry and Almond. He does recommend those 2 flavors mixed with Torrone. Maybe 3% Cherry and 1% Almond? I'm sure some more advanced mixers will chime in. Also may be able to push the Cherry a bit more?

Quick glance at HIC's notes show 2% torrone and 3% cherry to be a candy-like cherry. Add Almond to taste, I'd start with 1%.

Adding FA Vanilla Tahiti is an option if you want more cherry flavor without adding more Cherry. It has cherry-almond notes, and it's sweet, so 1-2% would fit right in.
