I would like to make a rich, moist, very lemony, lemon sugar cookie using only FA flavorings. I love pies and creams and custards, but I would like this one to be definitely a COOKIE.
So far, I'm thinking:
4-6% lemon sicily and 0.5% lime (cold-pressed)
+ ?some amount of cookie (2% ?)
+ ? some amount of meringue (1% ?)
Other possible additions that occur to me are: vienna cream, vanilla classic, apple pie, fresh cream and custard--but I'm not sure how to proceed without turning it into a pie.
