I have a Stingray clone with a 18650 2500mAh 3.7V battery and currently using it with an Arctic Sub-Ohm tank and Crown by UWell. I kind of want some more options!

Maybe it's time to try a rebuildable dripper. Then you'll see what your tanks are lacking. Just a thought.

Did a quick search on RDAs, and I have to say, the amount of work you have to put into it isn't right... I mean come on, it's just a vape, no need to get technical and check your ohm resistances of your batteries and all that just to take 3 hits and fill it up (or add e-juice) again.
I didn't say I didn't like sub-ohm tanks, I was asking if there are any good tanks that would be safe to use on my mech mod..

lol, okay then maybe you might want to post your question in a different area, this is the RBA/RDA/RTA area, we all love doing "all that work" ;)

Ignore the other poster. It has nothing to do with work. It has to do with not burning your house down. Stick to regulated devices.

Issue I see, is you that heat you are looking for is a little unclear.
You have what is regarded as two really good clearos and, ; you don't want to bother' building. so, that leaves the question of what are you looking for?
What are you ok eith spending?
What sort of vape ate yo trying to get?

I didn't mean it that way man... And my bad I created this thread in the wrong section.

Well I was looking for another good sub-ohm tank. I don't really like the arctic but the Crown is amazing. Bought the X Cube 2 recently and I want something interchangeable between the mech mod and the box mod

These 18650 batteries we use are high drain lithiums. They contain a serious amount of energy and are capable of discharging large amounts of that energy very fast. Tube mechs have no built in safeties as you're basically directly connecting the battery to the load. Regulated devices won't let you fire a short. A mech will. If you do something wrong and short your battery, you can cause it to fail in seconds. You do not want an 18650 to fail and go into thermal runaway while encased in a metal tube. If you don't want to get into rebuilding, no problem. If you want to use mechanical mods safely, you're gonna have to learn at least a little about battery safety and ohms law.

I am aware, I always check my batteries for damage and scratches and whatnot. I never had a problem with it. I could go and buy random tanks but because it's a mech mod, I'm not; which is why I'm asking here lol :p
I got a regulated mod anyway, and I really don't like RDAs (no offence, and didn't mean to offend anyone).

Well, there is more to battery safety than just checking your wrappers. that's good to do that but also, with those subohm tanks you want to make sure to use the 510 topap on your mod not the Hybrid connector. be sure to use good batteries, and don't overload them ie-ohm'd law. No one is jumping your shit, but, we gotta look out for each other.
Those hybrid connectors on mechs turn a subohm tank into an ignition system for an icbm

Now, back your tank quest, for a subohm tank I use the silo beast from beyond vapes and thru eclipse from science of vaping both with either the Atlantis triton coil or eleaf ni200 coil. the uwell comes very highly recommended, but fir never used one. I would however, highly recommend the triton.

Best of luck and vapes safe
