I currently have a herakles plus. I like the flavor from it but wish it would produce some more clouds. I want to get a new tank and this is what I've narrowed it to. Flavor is a little important but mainly clouds is what I'm looking for as I have the herakles for flavor. But if I can get flavor and better clouds that would be perfect. I like the v8 exotic coils as in the hive and Tiger and have read they have good flavor for a cloud tank. Crown apparently has amazing flavor but not sure on clouds and rafale apparently does more clouds than crown but equal or less flavor. Tfv4 is suppose to just be a cloud machine? But how's flavor on that? Looking to vape regularly between 70 and 100w and sometimes go up above 100.

I like tfv4 flavor, but with the Clapton coils, T4, T8, and even the CLP2. Usually these are found online, not in local shop.
I saw that tfv8 is expected soon, and the Crown V2 also, maybe sooner. Maybe watch for reviews on those.
Limited experience with Arctic V8 coils. Tiger has better flavor than Hive, but Hive lasts me much longer and can handle 80-95w no problem. Not yet tried the V8 quad or octuple coil, but the Hive certainly outperforms any coil in the original Arctic.

I have the other 2, and a V1 Herakles. Still use the V1 Arctic also, but that is a "flavor" tank. Have you considered trying an rda/rta?
Yes but I don't feel like having to buy extra cotton and wire and tools to build with.
Of the tanks you listed the Crown would be my first choice, I have pretty much retired my TFV4 full size and mini. I like the Arctic V8 better than the TFV4 as well but coils are harder to find for it, great tank though. Never considered getting the rafale, just really don't like how you have to fill it up and have never heard anyone say it is a game changer or anything.
The new Crown II should be out soon, that might be something to look into.
Just get the OG crown though, easy to find coils and all around great tank, you won't have any regrets.

For less the cost of a 5 pack of coils you can get a few years worth of cotton and wire and have enough left over for a screw driver and wire cutters
@Rabbit Slayer makes a good point, with the upcoming FDA regs rebuildable tanks are all I buy now along with wire & wick so I can continue vaping no matter what happens.
I think the best tank out there for pre made coils is the Crown. I absolutely hated the TFV4. Bad top fill design and I hated that stupid vape band. The Crown is designed better, simple, and the .25 coil is just great. Yes, Uwell screwed all its customers with a bad batch of coils that they refused to take responsibility for but they seem to have that ironed out now. I think it's just a great all around tank that does everything well.
