I'm new to vaping and received my first tank today, the Herakles V2. Looks like a awesome tank but have not got the chance to use it because i want to wait for my Evic vtc mini to arrive. My question is the tank came with 2 coils and extra glass but no extra orings. Do they just not include extra orings or did i get shorted. Second question is if i ever need orings for it are they available or are they just standard orings you can find everywhere ???? Thanks in advance for the help.
Congrats on the new tank. The listings for the Herakles V2 do not show extra o-rings, so I don't think you were shorted. Are you near a local vape shop? The ones near us usually have a box with miscellaneous o-rings and other parts, and charge little to nothing for this (though I will buy a coil or juice to be a good customer).
One thing with these Herakles Plus coils, they are made in 3 pieces or so. Make sure the coil is all screwed together hand tight before installing. I once had a fishing expedition to get the bottom of a coil out of the base.
When your eVic vtc Mini arrives, you may want to do a quick firmware update, to bring the mod from 60 to 75 watts, and to get temp control option for stainless steel coils, in case you want to try that. Unless, of course, it was updated before sent your way. Here is the link for the update:
