The June lineup of free games for PS Plus members has been announced, and leading the pack of freebies is Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes for PS4.
PlayStation Plus members who own a PS4 are eligible to download four free games in total: the aforementioned Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, Skulls of the Shogun: Bonafide Edition, Super Exploding Zoo and Futuridium EP Deluxe. The last two of those games have cross-play functionality with PS Vita, as well.
For PS3 owners, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger and Cloudberry Kingdom are up for grabs.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is a prologue for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and is a bit-sized sampling of what's to come. The game itself can be finished in about an hour for those who feel so inclined. For value-conscious gamers, "free" might just be the right price.
