I have an rx200, griffin and baal attys..im aware that i always need to check my batt amps when building coils and my target ohms is around always .4-.5 My question is, can i do any build using my mod and attys, or there's a NO area that i'm not aware?

You can put a build as low as 0.1 Ohm on the RX200. However, the question remains, if you can vape that kind of build at 200W though. If you have Sony VCT4 in it, it's no problem to go up to 200W.

Thanks Neunerball.
What i meant was like can i use any type of wire or number of wraps doesnt matter as long as its within the mods specification? There's no "dont use this.." Or "dont do that" stuff?

Well, you would have to make a build, that will fit into your atty, without causing a short. Otherwise, it's pretty much up to you. As for the wire, for power mode, you can use Kanthal A1, NiChrome (NiChrome 80 is my preference if I'm building with this kind of wire), or Stainless Steel (SS) wire. If you want to use TC, then Ni200, Ti, and SS wire as well. For the gauges, take a look at http://www.steam-engine.org, especially Coil wrapping/Wire Wizard. The Coil wrapping will also tell you the amount of wraps you'll need.

Click on "How it works" (bottom left) in the "Coil wrapping" page, scroll further down, and you'll find the answer to your question.

Only limit is building coils to fit and having the coils not touching any part of the deck to cause a short. The RX will prevent it from even firing if there is a short.

If you plan on building some crazy monster coil builds, you will be contending with fitting it in there but, you can fit almost anything by adjusting the wrap count and Inner diameter but the wrap count will effect the ohms which I am sure you are aware of.

The beautiful thing about regulated devices is that unlike mechanical mods - tubes, parallels, and series - you can build in any resistance range you wish to as long as it above the minimum resistance your devices chip will fire. I believe the RX fires anything .1-3 ohms

Regulated devices, especially one with the capabilities of yours, is not dependant on a certain resistance "sweet spot" like a mechanical mod would be.

While I'm unfamiliar with the baal atty, I have the Griffin and an IPV (almost identical to your RX as far as resistance range and wattage output). I have build my Griffin from .1 up, I currently have a .48 build in but I usually keep it around .25.

The only thing that changes is the wattage required to fire the Griffin to get your desired vape. At that point if you're building towards .1-.15 you'll be asking the device to fire 100+ watts to get a good vape, which can take a toll on batteries if you aren't using quality and safe batteries.

As neuner said, you have Sony, samsung, or LG batteries in there you've got no problems going up to the 160-200 range.

If this was TL;Dr ::

You can build any resistance you want with your mod, as long as it above the .1 required for the mods chipset.

JUST MAKE SURE YOU USE SAFE HIGH QUALITY BATTERIES if you intend to push high watts to the coils.
