I try to keep it at or under 1% and use lots of sweet flavors with it.
CurlyxCracker's Yogurt with a Straw uses 2%. I didn't dare go that high and mixed it at 1% and enjoyed it with the strawberry and cream.
RyGon's Lemon Yogurt Pound Cake uses 1%. I cut the recipe in half and it was good at .5%, even with the condensed milk in there!
I have a few recipes that use it, my favorite so far is this one which uses 1%.
Prickly Pear, Fig and Ginger Yogurt
- 1.5% FA Fig Fresh
- 1.5% INAWERA Cactus
- 1.0% FA Yogurt
- .75% FA Cream Fresh
- 0.5% FA Lemon Sicily
- .25% NF Ginger (Nature's Flavors)
- .25% FA Honey
Flavor total: 5.75%
