HIC's Double Caramel Cappuccino recipe: Sweet caramel cappuccino. You'll taste mild coffee with plenty of sweet, smoooooth caramel. The sweetness is adjustable.

2% FA Vienna Cream
2% FA Caramel
1% FA Vanilla Classic or Vanilla Bourbon
1% FA Meringue
1% FA Cappuccino
0.5-1% TFA Acetyl Pyrazine (available here)

The mild coffee flavor in FA Cappuccino really shines when it's sweetened. Acetyl Pyrazine works as a sweetener in this recipe. Use 0.5% for a very caramel-y coffee flavor. If you like Werther's coffee caramel candies, use the full 1% acetyl pyrazine for candy-like sweetness and similar flavor.

If you haven't yet found a great use for FA Cappuccino, you're in for a very pleasant surprise!

Thanks for sharing.

I'd sure suggest Vanilla Tahiti over Catalan Cream. That's the sweetest of FA's vanilla flavors, so if you are not wanting a really sweet vape, you might want to try 0.5% ap with that at first. If you want it really sweet, full steam ahead with the tahiti and ap

I'm a coffee vaper and drinker...doubled this one up and went with .75% AP and love it. Think I'll mix some with the ro a cookies to see what's that's like. I've tried making other things with the cappucino, but find I always end up adding a dash of espresso to boost it up. good stuff though

Me, too! Maybe coffee drinkers like us can't taste that bit of coffee in FA Cappuccino as clearly as some other people. I rarely want just that hint of coffee (either give me some Espresso, or not), but Caramel seems to kick it up a notch here. I don't have other recipes where I like Cappuccino this much -- if you have some you like, please post 'em!

Is this a shake & vape, or does it need to sit for awhile? My girlfriend will love this.

I have made 2 versions of this recipe today, but doubled up on all the ingredients %. I didn't have any FA Vanilla Classic so substituted with TFA French Vanilla. I also removed the acetyl pyrazine from both. I used FA CarameI in one recipe and FW Salted Caramel in the other. I will give them both a try in a week (when fully steeped) and let you know how I get on.

Thanks for the great Recipes

I have every flavor except the cappuccino.
However, I do have FA espresso and FA tiramisu
Which one do you think would work better, and at what percentage?

If you don't have cappuccino, better to pick a different recipe! This one really is designed around the creamy-non-sweetness of that particular flavor. Most of FA coffee recipes use Espresso or Tiramisu, so there are a bunch. This post has links to several: http://vapingunderground.com/threads/my-notes-on-flavourart-coffee-espresso.2491/#post-203137

Mega delicious! 1st batch 30ml steeped and almost gone, vanilla bourbon, low AP, maxVG, 3% h2o. I'm getting the werther's vibe with hints of corn at .5% AP so my next mix will have half, and/or an add-shot of espresso, .25%

First coffee recipe ever to make me want more coffee instead of cream. Really solid caramel-candy-cream base. The blend is sooo nice vaped hot and low, I don't want to upset that. Maybe the addshot would absorb the sweet corn a bit.

This 1st batch is bomb mixed half/half with RPRY4 in a tank, deep 'n sweet desert that hits great at any temp.

This is really good. I used the vanilla classic and only 0.5% on the AP. I'll try 1% of AP next round. Thanks HIC. Good stuff.

Hello HIC... I would like to mix this recipe for my daughter. I'm sure she would love this one. I know you use max VG, but she vapes VG/PG at 60/40. I'm still fairly new to DIY. Should I take this into consideration when following a recipe such as this one as far as sweetness and flavor %'s or does it just kind of balance out? She also vapes with zero nicotine.

Your VG/PG ratio doesn't require any changes to the recipe at all. Using no nic, I'd recommend starting with the minimum acetyl pyrazine listed, or it could be just waaay too sweet.

Hi again HIC :)
I mixed your recipe and I believe my FA Meringue is causing it to taste not like was meant when you created it so I haven't given it to my daughter yet. I'm definitely tasting a sort of burnt Meringue and it's not very appealing. It's not overwhelming and I'm tasting some good flavor also, but about mid way on the exhale is when I'm tasting the burnt Meringue. I'd like to remix the recipe and either leave out the Meringue all together or try some substitute. Possibly Oba-Oba or Fresh Cream....maybe a sweet cream?? Do you have any recommendations before I remix?

Yeah, those recent batches of Meringue taste different to some of us. I think Marshmallow would be a good replacement here, or whatever sweet cream you like. If you have the new FA Joy flavor, it might be really good, too.

Thanks..... I think I'll give Marshmallow a shot. I received an email from BVC with a new stock of FA Meringue. Not sure if I should try it or not. Don't have the FA Joy flavor yet. Still waiting for BVC to get some stock. It seems to have sold out very quickly after you posted your review of it :|

I used HIC's recipe and mixed it 50/50% with no changes to the %'s he listed. It's very good, I need to make some more. It's one of my favorites.

This is my favorite of all of HICs recipes, but one thing I am noticing, I go through a lot more coils than I normally do. I know the VG/PG blend should not be a factor, any recommendations why this is happening? I am using an Atlantis Tank

I've been making this without the meringue (mainly because I don't have any) and I think this may be my fave coffee-ish vape! Nice & smooth, rich, hint of sweetness. I may try making it substituting the cappuccino for Tiramisu at the same percentage or Espresso at .5%, just to see what a bolder coffee flavor does to it. Because I like my coffee the same as I like my women: hot, dark, and bitter :p

I threw 3% of the cappuccino flavor together with 1% FA Cream Fresh and 1% EM and it's become my new morning vape. I can't get enough of it. I can't stand DRINKING sweet coffee, but vaping it is a different story! LOL! I'm looking forward to trying this recipe now, and see how it compares. It'll prolly be better, and become my NEW morning vape. Thanks for posting it! :)

What's EM?

EM is Ethyl Maltol which is quite similar if not identical to TFA Cotton Candy. It's basically an additive meant to enhance the flavor of juices by adding some sweetness and mouth feel. That said however, it also has a reputation for muting flavors especially if used at higher percentages.

Thanks for the assist, and sorry @VinnySem, I should have typed out the whole word (words).

I've heard the same thing about EM muting flavor at higher percentages, which is the only reason I haven't gotten around to making one particular recipe yet (Twinkies) - it calls for 5%. So I'm still thinkin' on that one. Normally I use 1% or 2% in a recipe and it just adds that finishing touch. ;)

Ah ok, yes I know what ethyl maltol is; I used to work in the fragrance and flavor industry, but I wasn't sure with the abbreviation :) thanks!

Good morning HIC. I mixed this recipe up about an hour ago and I'm vaping it right now. I know that you like your coffee a bit strong for me. I am a Cappuccino drinker and now I am a devoted Cappuccino Vaper :) This is unbelievably good HIC! I never found anything remotely like this in any premiums. Thank you again as always for this wonderful recipe.

Definitely a winner. Thanks.
No FA Caramel so I subbed DX Caramel Original TFA and added 0.5 Butterscotch FA Because I feel it helps enhance the caramel.
First vape is excellent. Again thanks for the recipe.

How long does it usually take for the corn chip taste to dissipate.
3 days minimum (for me). I let it steep 5 days. Like HIC's Peanut Butter, it just gets to the perfect melded together point at 5 days. I'd imagine it would be the same in this recipe.
Is that what you've experienced (being it's been a couple of months)?

I remembered reading your comment and I'm having the same problem so I came back to see if there was a solution. Seems some people are prone to the taste. It tastes more like popcorn to me though. Even after a week steeping
