I'm all about cranberry during the holidays, and this year I want it sweet. This recipe is just one way to do that. It tastes like Cherry Coke mixed with Ocean Spray "cranberry juice cocktail" and Red Bull (the original red can). Did I infringe on enough trademarks there?
3% FA Cola
2% TFA Cranberry (contains butyric acid)
1% FA Black Cherry
1% FA Mad Fruit
Shake and vape.
FA Mad Fruit (which was originally named Red Bull) is a mixed fruit flavor that includes cherry; it's very sweet with a little tartness. Cola and Black Cherry are sweet. They all work together to erase all bitter/earthy notes of TFA Cranberry, leaving it a little milder than you might expect, sweet, with just a tiny tart accent from Mad Fruit. If you want to clearly taste that tart bit, include some PG in your base. I find TFA Cranberry tastes pretty strong, even when it's sweet, so I wouldn't increase the flavoring on this recipe...but that's just me.
For a cool effect, you can add 1% FA Polar Blast or TFA Koolada. I find Polar Blast is less prone to fading, and it doesn't make me cough like Koolada does.
(Remember to shake your flavorings before you measure them out.)
