Pure nicotine is legal and as safe as any other hazmat designated product to send or receive through the mail in the US if sent properly. It happens every single day. No mailmen/women have died that I have ever heard. Nicotine is not an illegal substance like "bathsalts". Comparing the two is ridiculous. You won't go to prison for receiving nicotine in the mail.
For those considering buying pure nicotine and having it shipped that are concerned about it being properly labeled and packaged so the buyer is not held liable for improper shipment, I'd recommend contacting the seller and having written confirmation that the product will be properly shipped to all legal and safety standards. If customs or the post office finds your shipment is not properly labelled and packaged, you'll be able to show that the shipper lied to you. Don't buy nicotine or anything else for that matter from a place that sells "bathsalts".
I personally don't see an advantage to buying pure nicotine for the individual mixer. Having done a bit of math at available prices, the cost savings is minimal after dilution and storage/mixing is difficult without degrading the nicotine. Unless an inert gas like argon is used every time the container is opened and during dilution(mixing with pg/vg), oxidation over time will be an issue. I'm of the opinion that for the average individual mixer using pure nic, waste will happen as the nic oxidizes and becomes unpleasant. We use very little nic. If half the bottle of pure nic oxidizes and degrades to the point we don't want to use it, we have not saved any money.
For me, some pure nic properly stored in an inert gas for long term storage for the possibility of future nic bans is viable for an individual but for current mixing a $45 liter of good 100mg pg based nic is the best bang for the buck option.
Don't get pure nic on you and don't sniff it.

im not sure how to upload pics. but they really do export it to the usa under "vegtable glycerin" i just got the 250ml 99.9% nic. im gonna freeze it incase they ban nic liquids. but thats crazy. no where on their site does it say their gonna send it over unmarked like it is. it says "consintrated solution" on the bottle. no warnings or anything.
