Honeydew Ice Cream

So here is my attempt at honeydew ice cream.

Honeydew Melon CAP 5%
Vienna Cream FA 2%
Meringue FA 1%
Vanilla Custard V1 CAP 1%

I'd appreciate any feedback you guys may have. Currently my criticism is that it's slightly too much vanilla coming through so I'd be tempted drop the Custard V1 to .5%

I love that honeydew melon. If the feedback you are getting is too much vanilla you might want to cut down on the Vienna cream as well. Honestly if it tastes good to you that's all that truly matters. That honeydew can be easily overpowered with other flavors. You could add some FA fresh cream to up the cream w/o adding vanilla.
