From what I have heard, there are already lawsuits filed and underway, to challenge the new laws.

Some places are expecting at least a major overturn of current law.

As it stands, there are not ANY standards for labs to go by at this point, even though application for licenses have been available since Jan 1. Only one company (from what I have heard) has even applied so far.
