Hoping for some advice, please

I'm wondering about the rechargeable batteries for my mods. I can't find information anywhere about my specific question. I'm wondering if the batteries are similar to cell phone batteries in that they have a ''memory?'' Should I be letting my batteries completely drain and then fully charging them? Or is there somewhere in the middle that would give it longer life? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

No they don't have a memory like how ni-cad batteries have but one thing you can never do is let them get below 2.5 volts.
It is recommended to charge when it gets as low as 3.2 volts.
you also never want to let the batteries get overcharged above 4.2 volts.

I personally try to charge them whenever I am home and have a chance but I rarely ever let them go until the mod quits working.
Usually they are down to around 40% when I charge them.

Having a good charger is as important as having good batteries.
A lot of people make the mistake after buying really good batteries such as Sony VTC4's they end up buying the cheapest charger..
I feel that a bad charger can be the most damaging to the life of the batteries than almost anything else.

One very important thing is if you have a dual 18650 mod you need to keep those batteries together for life.
Charge them together and use them together.
I have all of mine numbered and in protective cases together.
