Horizon artic tank

I have 2 horizon tech artic tanks. One is slightly different than the other. It doesn't work. I can try to switch coils and other parts and it won't work. One coil from it will work with the one I think is real . How can I find out more about telling a fake from the real ones.

They both have that . The one I think is fake has a slightly bigger hole in the top for the drip tip. I bought 3 online 2 from the same place and both of them work fine. The 3rd doesn't work at all. It's the one that I think is fake bother at a glance look the same. But the fake one has a slightly bigger plastic box. I'm not sure of all the other difference between the two but I know that they have a few. I just checked the hole the drip tip goes in is bigger on the one I think is fake but the real one is actually longer and bigger in diameter. I hope this helps you to know which one is real and which is fake . I would really like to know. Also like I said I got all 3 on ebay. Thanks a lot. If you know someone else that might be able to help please let them know.

Do you have a pic?
If it's not working it's obviously not compatible or clicking w the coils.
I just found this again btw...
I don't know how to help you without seeing anything.
I always buy from a USA trusted vendor.
Send it back if you can.
