Any idea about smoked or colored glass for it? I've heard rumors about it but can't find anything online

Use some light grit sandpaper. that's how they make fogged glass. If you wanna get fancy with it use some electrical tape ( the black plastic kind ) and an exacto knife and lay out stripes or candy cane swirls. I actually might do that it's a pretty cool idea.

funny i cant seem to remove the glass from my arctic

It's tuff the first time ( I leant the hard way it's not a top feeder haha ) I used my shirt for grip and after a few it will ease up and come off
