This is pathetic ... it should be unconstitutional to arbitrarily tax something at a higher rate because someone doesn't agree with it's use. What happened to freedom of choice and the pursuit of happiness? We as vapers all know that this tax has nothing to do with protecting youth. Vape products are easy targets in attempts to increase tax revenue because sadly, the general public is so uninformed or filled with misinformation and unable to discern the difference that they accept it and do nothing.

Oh yeah, raise tax revenue to save the children. For sure kids grabbing another couple bucks out of moms purse to cover the increased tax will not be possible so this will end all evils and we can raise our spending next year or maybe just our salaries.
