I placed a order for the hcigar vt200 when Joe showed it for $117. I made my pay pal payment and they took it out my debit card account. I look today and my bank account shows the $117 is back in my account. Is this normal? Will they retake it or was the $117 price to go to be true?

They have canceled sales where the price was too low in the past. I would not be surprised if they did this. Contact them

Well I took the money added $33 and just preorders from a USA vendor. Should ship Sept 4th according to vaportrek USA.
