with a regulated mod, how far down should i run my batteries before i throw them in the charger?

kinda depends on you...do you want maximum charges over the lifespan of your batteries or maximum puffs per battery charge...
you could go as low as 2.8v, depends on the battery...between 3.2v and 3.4 volts on most others...
what are the recommendations from the particular battery manufacturer you are asking about

What mod are you using?

On my mech mods I notice the flavor and vapor production going down around 3.7v so I will change them out then. On my regulated mods I don't like them to go below 50% or so. Those are around 3.5v. I have enough batteries and mods so that is not a big deal to me. No need to stress the batteries if I don't have to...

this works, lol. i switch out to my big coils to my STM RBA to run the batteries down.
