How long can 18650s sit on full charge

If I remember correctly to store batteries they should be at 30%
Since there is an exception to every rule, there is a time frame where you don't really need to be concerned about this.
I have NO idea what that time frame is, however I'd speculate that 8 days is within that time frame and you'll be perfectly fine.
My recommendation is to NOT take my word for it but maybe see what @Mooch has to say about it.

I've had them sit charged for months, nothing to report here.
In order to have your batteries last absolutely as long as possible, they should be stored at 30-70% charge. But it's not like leaving them charged for one week one time will affect them in any measurable way. They will lose a tiny bit of charge and won't be fully topped up but they'll be close.
