I just got a velocity v2 and 300ft of 26g kanthal so I was just wondering how many wraps possible I could fit in the rda and what the resistance of the coils thanks!

Do you have an ohms range in mind you are after?...You can fit as many wraps just before it hits the sides of the cap with some custom legs of the coil but that's not necessarily what you may want...What device are you using?
I have a smok gpriv but no ohm reader
I would consider getting one even if just a cheap one...Tell me more about what tools you have to build coils with?..2.5mm screwdriver?..3mm screwdriver?...Tweezers?
I mostly use the 3mm
1. Is this an authentic V2 ($80) or a clone (≤$20)? Because a clone may not have the same distance between the build post as the original and therefore hard for someone to say with certainty how many wraps it will take. Keep your builds 'inside' the build posts.
2. The g priv is rated down to .1 ohm in vw mode and .06 in tc mode. So you can build your coils close to those levels.
3. If you're doing this for fun, than start with a 6 wrap build, leaving 1 leg long. Test it. Then if it's safe add a wrap from the long leg. Test it. Repeat until you are happy and SAFE.
I don't vape that low as I'm happy with .3-.8 builds for flavor and heat. If I was concerned with the 'wow' factor, i would install an exotic build like a juggernaut, locomotive or twisted, built by a professional.
And yes it's best to get a tab to test your builds if you are going to do these type of experiments.
