STEP ONE - if you do not wish to receive any forum e-mail notifications at all... be sure you have gone to your PREFERENCES and UNCHECKED the box highlighted below...
STEP TWO - Open a forum e-mail you have received... at the bottom of the e-mail there are two options... You can:
- Disable e-mails from this thread
- Disable ALL e-mails
Follow the steps accordingly for each option.
STEP THREE - Be sure when watching a new forum/thread you have selected the correct bubble from the pop-up... in any forum/thread click on WATCH FORUM or WATCH THREAD
In WATCH FORUM: Be sure E-MAILS is UNCHECKED
In WATCH THREAD: Be sure you have selected WITHOUT RECEIVING E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS
The above outlined steps should resolve any issues with receiving unwanted forum e-mail notifications.
