The last thing the Baltimore school system should be worrying about is kids vaping lol.. If you have seen Season 4 of 'The Wire' then you know exactly what I'm talking about lol.
I was born and raised less than 2 miles from the East Baltimore city line.
I know exactly what you mean.
I have lost friends to overdoses, my own cousin and a best childhood friend both are coming to the end of their 15 year prison sentences from their 3rd strikes (3 felonies, same type of crime = automatic 15 years) all from drugs.
Crimes related to trying to get money to fuel $200 and $300 a day c*caine/cr*ck and/or h*roin habits.
I have been in the worst neighborhoods in Baltimore.
I am known for NOT being scared to get out of the car anywhere in that city.
I spent 33 years of my life there and thank god every day that i escaped it alive and not imprisoned.I know how to act and talk in order to not get robbed, killed, beat up, ripped off, and/or arrested.
It is EXACTLY like the wire.
I am in the middle of nowhere Leesburg Florida now where even the meanest ghetto is 5 times better than the nicest neighborhoods in Baltimore.
It's like I'm in heaven here compared to where I was 5 1/2 years ago.
