Ok, so I have been vaping for about six months and I have fallen in love with the Valkyrie by Vicious Ant and I want to buy it. I just do not know much about mechs and would like to know more about them. If there was a B&M in my area thats worth a shit, I would go there and ask. Anyway....I just would like to know (in as much detail as possible...Layman's terms please...I'm a dummy...lol) the difference between hybrid dripping mod and a standard mech mods with pros and cons for each. All I know is that I am ready for my First High End mod. Thanx!!

Hybrid mods make direct contact to the atty from the positive side of the battery..One pro is less voltage drop being you have less resistance from having to go through screws or pins before it hits the atty.

Cons: only certain atty's will work "safely" with them..The contact pin on the atty MUST protrude or be adjustable so it can protrude past the threading on the atty...Installing the wrong atty or tank can be an instant disaster from a dead short.
