My ipv was reading check atomized, so I took the bottom off the tank and the screen in the top of the coil was all black, so I put in a new coil and same message, so I thought maybe that one was a bad coil so I tried another new coil and same thing, has anybody else had this happen or heard of this

Which coils do you have in your Herakles? What watts/volts are you vaping at?

I've got the .6 coils, usually run at 50 watts, their rated at 50-100

You might try pulling your post. <G>

It sounds as if it's not making contact with the device.

Just thought I'd share this, I emailed Vape Royalty and told them about the issue I'm having with the Herakles tank since I purchased it from them, I got an email back, they want me to take a short video showing them me putting the tank on my mod and showing them the error code on the screen, and email it back to them, they said once they receive the email back they will send me out a new base, sounds like good customer service, we'll see what happens

I have one sitting in a drawer that I got tired of messing with. The issue is the base is press fit and the bottom part of the base works loose (separates) over time. When it happens, first thing is the Ω shoots up above 1 and, since it's on a regulated mod, I get a burnt hit; then, check atomizer on screen. Easy enough to unscrew the base and press it together until it happens again; but, it gets old. So, retired...

Well it took a couple weeks but my new herakles base has been shipped and I should receive it sometime next week,
That's good customer service in my book, and I'll be ordering from Vape Royalty again,

Do you know if it is a different/updated version of the Herekles base, or is it the same one?

It looks to be the same as the original one I received with the tank when I bought it
