Yes, unfortunately I fell for it. Same guy, now banned. He clearly knows what he's doing because he sent me photos of a rare mod, photos that were taken today and I've never seen before on the internet. I hope he spends those $35 on shitty drugs and ODs. I've contacted my bank to cancel the transaction but a PayPal F&F is involved so I don't expect anything. Be on the lookout, boys!
