Hello guys/gals I'm sorry to say but I have given up on my Griffin 25. I tried to like it I really did, and I know I might get some hate from some people but I have to share "my" experience with this rta. First It's a beautiful tank, solid, no machine flaws. Grub screws were spot on no stripping cross threading etc. O-rings are excellent, had no leaks that were not fault of wicking "user error". Drip tip no wobbles keeps things cool even under high heat builds. Sits flush on my RX200S. But I tried many different builds, single and dual twisted 28 gauge. 26 gauge, 24 guage, Geekvape fused Clapton, spaced, non-spaced,parallel, 3.00mm ID 2.50mm ID. I just can't get the flavor I want from it, I believe it may be just more built for "clouds bro clouds", because clouds you get. but the flavor just isn't there "for me". So I'm going back to my Wotofo Serpent and Uwell Crown. Again this could be user error I'm not arrogant enough to think another vapor isn't capable to get a flavorful vape from this tank, but sadly I could not.

It's like my experience to the T. Clouds are great....flavor is....not good. I too tried to like it-changing builds, and have resorted to putting extremely strong flavors in it. The best I can describe is it is a watery flavor on every juice ive ran through it.

I've got 2 of them and my flavor with the Griffin 25 is not as good as the Boreas or my SMOK RDTA (heck my SMOK RTA G2 is pretty flavorful too), but...........the flavor is not far off either of those and their great on flavor...and clouds if you want.

You've got to fluff your cotton tails well and use only small sharp tool to fill your juice channels......lightly and loosely. Any over packing with your wicking material will totally destroy any flavor form the Griffin.......or about any other RTA for that matter........sorry your both having so much trouble...
Oh and by the way I have a couple of Crowns too................compared to these others...well not near as good not even close, OK, but only just.......I do know that using too high a percentage of PG will make the flavors a little raw, higher VG is somewhat sweeter naturally and smooths out the flavors, at least for me....

I'm taking Griffin 25 donations by the way............................

It's all about wicking or your coils. Griffin's are supposed to be awesome in flavour so it's usually down to either coils not firing together or your wicking ain't supplying your coils with enough juice. One way to check is to see if bubbles are coming out from all juice flow lanes. The thing about the Griffin is that if you do it right, you are gonna get some awesome vaping sessions.

I won't discount that i am doing something wrong but i've built rta's and rda's for awhile with no issues. The griffin chucks. It's getting a ton of vapor, perhaps wicking it in a very specific way would improve it, but despite numerous builds and wicking styles I've tried-it all ends the same, ton of vapor, watery flavor.

I'm guessing it's one of things where it's just hard to explain why certain tanks don't work on certain people. Too many flimsy variables that determines performance. For example, I cannot for the life of me understand why people still rave about the Wismec Theorem as a flavour chaser's dream. Tried it, messed with it and it's just a hot mess of flavorless junk. The best tanks out there are still those that are easy to wick which reduces the variables it takes to make a good tank. Well just a quick recommendation, just got the Serpent Mini last night at if you want flavor, that's it my friend. Easy deck to build on and flavor for freaking days.
