Hi people, just checking I am actually making my juice correctly, as it is so simple I wanted to double check.

Say I wanted a 70/30 PG VG blueberry flavour, I would put in 7ML of VG, 3ML of VG, then depending on the concentrate anywhere from 1ml to 3ml of flavouring.

I then give it a vigouros shake, and let it sit for a day or so, then use. Some times when I run out I make a batch and use it straight away.

Just checking I am not missing anything, as this seems too simple in a way lol.

Here is an example:

BB Bam (15 mL bottle @ 0mg)
PG - 9.45 mL
VG - 4.5 mL
BLUEBERRY - 1.05 mL

Remember to account for the PG or VG that is in the flavoring and nicotine (if adding it).

If making 100ml of a 70/30 vg/pg, with 7% flavoring, and nicotine with a vg base
5.3ml of nicotine (if you were using a 60mg/ml solution)
64.7ml of vg (because 5.3 came from the nicotine solution)
7ml worth of PG flavors
23ml of PG (because you got 7 from the flavors)

total = 100ml, 70% VG, 30% PG

@conanthewarrior Yeah, it is pretty much that simple, especially since you don't use nic.

For 100ml 30/70 PG/VG w/ 7% flavoring - zero nic
----------
23% PG (23ml)
7% flavoring (7ml)
70% VG (70ml)

For 100ml 70/30 PG/VG w/ 7% flavoring - zero nic
----------
63% PG (23ml)
7% flavoring (7ml)
30% VG (70ml)

Ahh I thought it was pretty much right. It really is that simple! I don't see why more people don't make their own juice, or do most on this forum do it?

I had a old schoolfriends little brother approach me yesterday(He is 23 now), he wanted to get a nice vape for not much money, to quit smoking with, he was using a Ego style battery, I pointed him to the Sig 30 and a Samsung 25R, which he purchased.

He wants me to make him up lots of juice and pay me, I'l probably just take the money for what I used if I'm honest and charge no more. Just glad to get someone else into vaping, I told him to never skimp on the batteries and a quality charger should be next on his list, but as I have heard on here the Sig 30 has a reliable charging circuit of its own, so he just got that to start with. He already had a nautilus mini, so that shoud be a lovely set up for him.

If you start making juice with nicotine for him, it gets a little more complicated, but not a whole lot. The easiest way with the nic, doing a flavor recipe that has multiple flavors, or doing batches that aren't as easy to calculate the % to ml in your head (such as for a 30ml bottle) is to use a recipe calculator such as e-Juice Me Up from breaktru.com
