What are you using? Regulated mods do cut off after about 10 seconds. Are you saying it's not working at all?

What set up are you using please?

Simple checks.....

Are batteries full?

Does screen display an errors?

Have you got a puff counter set to stop mod firing?

Like Huck mentioned have a search in menu for vape time or something ...normally this is set to 10S some go down much lower though, it might have been adjusted

Ok ignore what I said ...temperature control (TC) is probably your issue mods have a straight up power mode ...just heats the coil or temperature control and to use this mode you have to use the right coil with the right setting ...takes a while to set this up and get it right (some mods aren’t very good at it)

User manual is here

Could well be you are using the wrong setting for the coil type ...gonna be a process of elimination hehe ok

1st thing what was the coil you used has it got writing on it? What did it say

Also can you see what mode it says on the screen ..just relay everything you can see

The reason why there's a user manual/guide is, that you read it, prior to using the device!

During my work life, as a Computer Scientist, and a Systems Specialist at the HQ, I had support people calling about problems they had. 99% of those calls were due to the lack of reading the manuals. Those guys thought they wouldn't have to read the manuals, 'cause they were Specialists themselves.

Yeah haha in fairness some of the vape manuals I’ve seen aren’t worth the paper they’re written on

seen some where you get just a vague pic and a blanket crappy warranty on a single page that’s it ....crack on with the 5 functions on the mod can be a little daunting if your not familiar with these devices already

Well, maybe, we should learn Chineese (Mandarin). Obviously, we (the government) are owning them a lot of money. They're taking us over, without even fireing a shot. They must have read Sun Tzu's "The Art of war".:D
